Minispris: Noel

O v O revamped Noel for #MiniSpris again. Changed up her color scheme a bit and added a bit of things here and there but she mostly remained the same.

▼ By focusing her gaze on something long enough with the intent of setting it ablaze, Noel can conjure small azure ember on her target.

☀ P E R S O N A L I T Y :
▼ cautious & timid : somewhat of a worry-wart, Noel will always try to be very careful about everything she does... and she can be a bit jumpy at times too.
▼ easily flustered : turns red when she gets super nervous (which is quite often)
▼ hard working : she will always try to do her best on all tasks she's given and will spend extra time and energy to make sure the task is complete to the best of her abilities
▼ soft spoken : due to her timid personality, Noel speaks in a very hushed and soft tone which can be troublesome to understand her at times.

☀ A D D I T I O N A L - I N F O :
▼ the small embers use the dead branches growing out of her head as fuel to keep them burning
▼ her hair has a very slight orange tint at the tip (not including the bangs)
▼ while she dislikes the rain and strong wind (out of concern for her own safety), she doesn't mind a bit of water as long as it's not near her head
▼ really really loves roasted meat</sub>
